for a Position Determining Entity which physically locates wireless 911 callers (a.k.a. Enhanced 911).
· Managed 7 wireless carrier accounts (Triton, Cincinnati Bell, Rural Cellular Corporation, Bluegrass,
Eloqui, Corr and Advantage) in excess of $40 million dollars nationally spread encompassing millions
of wireless subscribers.
· Interfaced directly with Network/Systems Engineering, Network Deployment, Manufacturing,
Customer Support, Marketing and Operation upper management (President, VP and Directors) from
the beginning of an RFP, WBS creation (via Glovia and SAP), and through customer acceptance of the
fulfilled contract. Post customer acceptance, directed joint efforts with marketing and customer
support to extend additional services to include extended warranties, and system sustainment support,
utilizing the resources of all other functional organizations. Directed all functional group elements
assigned.
· Responsible for business development, the preparation of proposals and the awarding of contracts in
response to RFPs which incorporated quotes, schedule and planning for each customer account per
